The 2018 NHL Entry Draft is less than two weeks away, and things are heating up in the rumor mill. Mike Hoffman is expected to be traded at some point in the near future, while Jeff Skinner has been on the edge of the block for weeks. There will likely be plenty of movement leading up to the moment the Buffalo Sabres read out Rasmus Dahlin‘s name on June 22nd, and we’re excited to cover it.

I think everyone is aware this draft is probably going to be a gong show because anybody from 4-10 could probably go anywhere. Which of Tkachuk, Kotkaniemi, Bouchard, Hughes, Dobson, Wahlstrom and Boqvist could you see falling further than expected?
With Garth Snow of the islanders gone, and Lou lamarello taking offer who is known for negotiationing, do you see Ilya sorokin being interested in coming to the nhl? He said he didn’t want to sign with snow there and there is a big hole in who’s going to be the starting goalie. He could come and jump right in to the starting position. Instead of moving picks in a stacked nhl draft pool, do you think they will try to get him to come over to the nhl?
