What quick, dynamic scorer was available for the Kings to acquire? I didn’t see any of those move at the deadline. There were some quick players that were traded, but I wouldn’t call any of them dynamic

Why wouldn’t Phoenix have taken their best offer for Vrbata? Out of spite because no one came close to their asking price? You take what you can get for guys like him. Frankly, he was the most obvious trade candidate other than Iginla.

Sharks definitely overpaid but there is like no basis for a winner and a loser in these articles. Every team is a winner or a loser in the division. You guys put the Panther losing the trade deadline when they added Vanek for not that much. Hansen provides the veteran presence that the Sharks needed from their depth guys. Now instead of cycling in a different AHLer every game now they can put a solid 2 way guy which Doboer likes that can add some scoring now and then. Trading Goldobin is huge but we also have Timo Meier who plays the same position as Goldobin and he is supposed to be better. So if you look at the trade in itself yea the Sharks lost

F the Kings. They’re stupid.
