Metropolitan division….?

Good catch. I was thinking a few years back. Still reminiscing about the six-division days.

Oduya and neimi for Fleury and a 6th
rolandveras
Dallas has no more interest in Fleury. They lost all 3 games on their last road trip, killing any hope they had at making the playoffs. Also, Fleury didn’t play very well against Arizona and Winnipeg. They’re not making the playoffs. That was a big part of Dallas’ interest, for this season. Now trading for him would be hoping that he’s just having a bad year, and he needs to be a starter, but he’s 32, and is owed 11.5 million over the next two seasons. They already tried that with Niemi. Didn’t work. It’s too risky. They’ll go younger. Grubauer, Raanta, or Darling. Try Calgary. They’re actually playing for something.
As for Oduya, you could get him for pick(s)/prospect(s), depending on league interest. The problem is he is currently injured. He has an ankle sprain. It could be high. He hasn’t played since January 17th. If he plays before the trade deadline, lots of teams will be interested. If he doesn’t, you could probably get him for a conditional mid-late round pick, depending on games played.
