Marchand will re-sign with the Bruins. Bishop will likely be traded because of the Lightning’s salary cap situation & the upcoming expansion draft. Burns likely re-signs with San Jose unless his contract demands get too high. I don’t see any way Shattenkirk re-signs with the Blues. I’m actually surprised he is still with St. Louis, but teams haven’t been willing to give up the young talent that the Blues have been seeking in return. At some point, the Blues are going to have to ask themselves if they want to keep Shattenkirk thus season & get nothing in return when he walks in the off-season or trade him and get something of value in return. Teams have gone in both directions. Last season, the Jets elected to trade Ladd at the trade dealine and get something for him. On the other hand, the Bruins elected to hold on to Eriksson and then got nothing in return when Eriksson signed with Vancouver. That is a decision the Blues will be forced to make with Shattenkirk
